By installing or using Drapify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Drapify provides AI-powered e-commerce tools including:

• Virtual try-on for shoppers
• AI fashion model and pose generation
• Bulk product catalog visual revamp
• AI-powered product video generation
• AI shopping assistant
• Smart discount and UGC collection tools

3. Account Requirements

You must have an active Shopify store to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disassemble the App
• Use the App to generate misleading or deceptive content
• Exceed usage limits or abuse the service

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Drapify. AI-generated content created for your products belongs to you, subject to our license to process and deliver the service.

6. UGC Consent

When shoppers consent to share their virtual try-on images for marketing purposes, merchants are responsible for ensuring proper consent is obtained and maintained in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Drapify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
