Refund Policy

1. Subscription Charges
Drapify subscriptions are billed by Shopify on behalf of Drapify. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period when canceled mid-cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
2. Free Trials
Trial periods are free of charge. Charges begin only at the end of the trial unless you uninstall the app before the trial ends.
3. Token Top-Ups
One-time token top-ups are non-refundable once tokens have been added to your account. Unused tokens do not expire while your subscription is active.
4. Service Outages
In the event of a sustained Service outage caused solely by Drapify, we may, at our discretion, issue service credits applied to a future billing cycle.
5. How to Request a Refund
Contact support@drapify.ai with your store domain and the reason for your request. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through Shopify.
6. Statutory Rights
This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
