Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy defines acceptable use of the Drapify Service. It applies to merchants and to shoppers using the Drapify widget on merchant storefronts.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload or process content depicting minors in any sexualized context
• Upload non-consensual intimate imagery
• Upload content depicting illegal activities
• Generate content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that is hateful, harassing, or promotes discrimination based on protected characteristics
• Attempt to identify, deanonymize, or surveil specific individuals
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI models
• Circumvent quota, billing, or security controls
• Use the Service to generate deceptive or fraudulent media (e.g. impersonation, deepfakes intended to deceive)
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Conduct automated scraping or load testing without prior written consent

3. Content Moderation

Drapify uses automated and manual moderation to detect prohibited content. We may refuse to process, remove, or report content that violates this policy.

4. Reporting Abuse

Report violations to abuse@drapify.ai.

5. Consequences

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access without refund, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
